Governor's Proclamation for August 28, 2010 Special Election to fill the unexpired United States Senate seat. Last day to register to vote in the Special Election is August 9. Early Voting will be conducted in the Judge Black Annex at on Market Street on August 20 - 8:30AM to 4:30PM, August 21 - 9:00AM to 5:00PM, August 23, 24, and 25 from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Polls will be open from 6:30AM to 7:00PM Election Day of August 28.
The attached forms can be completed online, but must be printed, signed and submitted to the County Clerk, either in person in Room 403 of the Wood County Courthouse, or by mailing to Wood County Clerk, PO Box 1474, Parkersburg, WV 26102.
