Sheriff Jeff S. Sandy is a retired Special Agent with the United States Treasury Department. He has investigated and supervised some of the nation’s largest fraud cases. Sandy specialized in narcotics, organized crime, oil and gas fraud, bankruptcy, public corruption, financial institution fraud, and terrorism. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner; a graduate of Marshall University; and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Sandy has been admitted as an Expert Witness in the field of Money Laundering in five United States District Courts; and has received two of our nation’s highest awards, the Honor Award from the Secretary of Treasury and Department of Defense Joint Services.
