The Wood County Commission, comprised of
three elected officials, oversees operations of county
government including all purchasing and budgeting, correspondence
with state and federal government, and hearings for Wood
County residents.
Under the Wood County Commission are the various segments
of county government including Assessor, County
Clerk, Circuit Clerk, Emergency
Services, Prosecutor and the Sheriff's
office also fall
under the management of the Wood County Commission.
The Wood County Commission meets in regular session every
Monday, from 9:30am to noon, then from 1:00pm to 2:00pm,
and every Thursday, from 9:30am
to noon. Open the
