At the Wood County Courthouse, our 14 deputy clerks take care of your recorded marriages, births, deaths, deeds, wills, and much more.

The Wood County Clerk's Office is located in the Wood County Courthouse in downtown Parkersburg at Third and Market streets. The Courthouse is surrounded by the Bureau of the Public Debt, Judge Donald F. Black Courthouse Annex, the Blennerhassett Hotel, and the Parkersburg City government complex. We have offices on the first, second and fourth floors.
